Shipping

Custom orders have an 8 week TAT. This begins with the date of payment. 
Retail orders will ship within 5-7 BUSINESS days of payment. Mail runs slow, but tracking will always be provided.
Shipping is always by USPS and most packages are sent via ground.
For the purpose of this business, business days are calculated Monday-Friday. Weekends and major holidays are not business days. Major holidays for this business would include: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, and Christmas.
This business may close for vacations or other events, but a notice will always be given to the customers. I strive for transparency.
Shipping is a flat $5 up to 1 pound. Then I use priority shipping. Insurance is available for an extra $1 or you may choose to just upgrade to priority at any time.

 

 

Combining Orders

Multiple orders may be combined. Please message bstitchedsews@gmail.com to add to an open order. If I can add on, I will. A new order is not guaranteed to ship at the same time, however, I will do my best. Shipping overages may be refunded minus a small handling fee of $1.50. Again, overage refunds are not a guarantee. Overages will only be refunded in the event that the shipping fees from the first order do not change. Refunds will be given in the same manner that they were paid: gift card, paypal, etc...

 

 

Turnaround Time

Currently, turnaround time is 8 weeks. I always strive for much quicker, but I am just one person with a family. If TAT should change, I will notify you by email as quickly as I can. If TAT will be over 8 weeks, I will offer several options to rectify the situation.

 

 

Refunds

Refunds will be offered if TAT is not met.

Custom orders will be refunded minus a 20% restock fee. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Custom order refunds will be refunded via shop gift card.

If an item falls apart or is not usable, please email bstitchedsews@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the item. The items cannot have been washed in order to receive a refund. However, shop credit or an exchange may be offered.
To return a defective item, the item must be shipped back to me before a refund/exchange can be issued. I will reimburse any shipping fees.
I also request that you send pictures of the defect in your correspondence with me. This helps me to gauge the situation in helping to achieve a solution.
Defective item refunds will be issued in the same manner of payment: paypal, gift card, etc...
Please note: normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Nor is minor fabric markings. While I do pre-wash most fabrics, sometimes a slight residue may be left behind. This is not considered a defect.
